"You'll be the finest fellow in the Easter Parade"

"We're all goin' streaking!" -- it's a decidedly informal crowd at our Church (ha. ha. This is our front door).
From us to you. Buck got a balloon and you get an Easter greeting.
Similar shot. We're into repetition around here. Alleluia, alleluia.
Buck has learned to keep everything in the front seat with him from his Grandma Joad.
We had an egg hunt in the house (it was nice outside, but muddy) Buck had to hunt for all of the eggs twice (RKZ would run around and hide them again).
The plastic eggs were full of things Buck had never eaten: Gummi bears; Skittles; M & M's ...it was a smorgasboard of bad mommy foods!
Buck putting more eggs into his basket. His favorite part of the hunt was actually throwing the eggs onto the ground so that they would split open and spill candy all over the floor. Joy.
Buck looks so much like a little boy (& not a baby) in this picture, it amazes me.
Daddy decided to hide a lot of eggs in corners.
Mommy was doing drugs on Easter (Joke! Some wine maybe!) Buck was just moving in this pic.
Wow - we hired a supermodel to carry the basket (obviously). No jokes about the pale legs - it's FREEZING here.
One last egg on the stairs.

It was a really great Easter. We went to Mass (always very packed on a holiday) and were late - so lucky to sit by some friends and their kids in the nosebleed seats (balcony - way back). Buck was great for not being as free as he usually is in the infant cry room. RKZ and I made brunch for ourselves after Mass, but Buck and RKZ fell asleep & took a little nap until 1pm, so it was a loooong brunch :) . For the first time in months it was near 60 degrees (15 Cel) outside, so we took a walk. All of the neighborhood had scuttled out from their winter caves, and we re-met a large crowd on the street. Some good friends made dinner & we had a great time at their house. More wine - chocolate fondue - pure bliss. The only thing that could have made it even better would have been family.

Today, it is calling for snow again. It always snows when Buck & I head to Gymboree. It's our last class tomorrow (maybe forever). I'm hoping that the end of Gym will mean the end of the snow (wishful thinking I've been told).

Currently, I am watching a Thomas the Tank Engine DVDs after playing with said trains all day. A-mazing. Please come visit soon - please.
