For Sale - Day 21

A family came to look at the house today. We went to church, avoided the family (spied on them a bit while they looked) and then had a play date (here) with some friends. The weather has been lovely. I've made many observations, but then forget them all after 2 glasses of wine. Hopefully more tomorrow!
